Safety National chose ACI Boland Architects to program and plan their new corporate headquarters. Designed to be constructed over three phases, our solution will result in a campus-like environment incorporating over 460,000 SF of Class “A” office space.

Phase I of the headquarter campus consisted of a 143,000 SF building with open office space and a large, divisible training room with 230 seats. Using a partition, the room can be sub-divided based on the specific needs of the meeting.
Phase II consisted of a three-story addition to the existing Phase I building. Phase II added a 326-seat auditorium style learning center that is also uses partitions for flexibility, 62 conference rooms, and a large employee dining area.
