CAREERS

At ACI Boland, we’re focused on our four guiding principles: families first, cultivate relationships, joyful process, and celebrate creativity. Each of these ideals has an impact on our culture, shaping the personality, and reputation of our firm. They inform how we navigate our client relationships and influence our design process in both our Kansas City and St. Louis offices.

FAMILIES FIRST

Our firm has a flexible, family-friendly environment. Employees are allowed to work on a hybrid schedule with some hours in the office and others at home. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package. It includes items, like:

  • A company-paid life insurance policy
  • A sponsored HSA account
  • A 401K
  • Paid time off

JOYFUL PROCESS

Our leadership team encourages a healthy balance of work and play. Each year, we participate in annual team-building traditions. Some of our favorites are an in-office putt putt tournament, an annual holiday party and gift exchange, quarterly breakfasts, a Halloween celebration, and fantasy football leagues.

CULTIVATE RELATIONSHIPS

Recognized as a leader in architecture and interior design, we have built long-term relationships with clients in a variety of industries. Our studios serve the following sectors:

  • Heal: Community Hospitals, Healthcare Systems, and Outpatient Care
  • Learn: K-12 Education, Higher Education, and Experiential
  • Live: Multi-Family and Hospitality, Senior Living, and Student Living
  • Work: Corporate, Retail and Mixed Use, and Industrial

CELEBRATE CREATIVITY

We believe our people are our greatest asset, so we invest in our team through professional development, mentorship, and close collaboration. In fact, we offer bi-annual check-ins to see how employees are doing to better support them in their growth. This approach helps all of us continue to innovate, bringing creativity to each project.
