ACI Boland has wrapped up on
Phase 1 of our project with Our Lady’s Montessori
School. The classroom spaces are ready for their
newest students, returning to a tradition of Catholic
Education in the building that originated in 1950.
Phase I gives the students a new look to the
classrooms with modern walls, new paint and
updated window treatments including new tint
and roller shades.
Phase II is starting construction in the unoccupied
areas of the building in the fall of 2023. As part of
Phase II, the buildings will get a new accessible front
entry and efficient mechanical and electrical systems
throughout, allowing Our Lady’s Montessori School to
expand their services for many years to come.
