ACI Boland Architects has begun working with St. Robert Bellarmine this summer to provide a facility assessment and develop a masterplan for a new school addition to the parish. The School projects will be completed in phases as the school population grows, and can be adapted from 2 phases up to 4 phases as needed. The facility assessment is allowing for the responsible upgrades of the existing parish and prioritizes upcoming major capital improvements.
Phase I: School Opening: North addition to accommodate
up to Pre-K through 2nd grade.
Phase II: School Growth: 3rd and 4th grades and
gym additions. Additional parking, loop access and
outdoor play areas
Phase III & IV: School expansion: Grades 5th – 8th,
complete site
