This is the second of three multi-family buildings we designed for a local Columbia developer. Similar to The Lofts at 308 Ninth, this new mixed use apartment/student housing facility needed to fit a smaller site.
Close to downtown Columbia, residents can experience both the excitement of downtown and the quiet comfort of home. The first floor contains retail and restaurants under three floors of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments flanked by an atrium core.
The exterior façade incorporates stone, brick, cement panel siding, and metal awnings similar to the developer’s other buildings.
